Administrator guide
This guide covers everything you need to know about managing your Reading Steps organization.
Logging in
- Go to readingsteps.uk/login/admin
- Enter your administrator email and password
- Click Sign In
If you manage multiple organizations and have enrolled in the Project Constellation beta, you’ll see an organization selector after logging in.
Admin dashboard
Your dashboard provides a comprehensive overview:
- Live statistics - Total students, staff, and parents in real-time
- School filtering - Switch between “ALL” view and individual schools
- Configurable charts - View user totals, assessment volume, or reading sessions
- Chart types - Toggle between Bar, Line, and Pie charts

The admin sidebar includes:

Staff roles
