Administrator guide

This guide covers everything you need to know about managing your Reading Steps organization.

Logging in

  1. Go to readingsteps.uk/login/admin
  2. Enter your administrator email and password
  3. Click Sign In
If you manage multiple organizations and have enrolled in the Project Constellation beta, you’ll see an organization selector after logging in.

Admin dashboard

Your dashboard provides a comprehensive overview:
  • Live statistics - Total students, staff, and parents in real-time
  • School filtering - Switch between “ALL” view and individual schools
  • Configurable charts - View user totals, assessment volume, or reading sessions
  • Chart types - Toggle between Bar, Line, and Pie charts
