Manage your Reading Steps subscription, view invoices, and update payment methods.Billing is only accessible to users with the Owner role.
Accessing billing
- Log in to the admin panel as an Owner
- Go to Billing in the sidebar

Managing your subscription
Viewing current plan
- Go to Billing
- Your current plan and status are displayed at the top
- See your next billing date and amount
Upgrading your plan
- Go to Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
- You’ll be charged the prorated difference immediately
Adding the Personalization add-on
- Go to Billing
- Find the Add-ons section
- Click Add Personalization
- Confirm the additional charge
- Personalization features will be enabled immediately
Payment methods
Updating your card
- Go to Billing
- Find the Payment Method section
- Click Update
- Enter your new card details
- Click Save
Accepted payment methods
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
Invoices
Viewing invoices
- Go to Billing
- Scroll to the Invoice History section
- Click on any invoice to view details
Downloading invoices
- Find the invoice in the list
- Click the download icon
- The invoice will download as a PDF
Cancellation
Canceling your subscription
- Go to Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Select a reason for cancellation
- Confirm the cancellation
Reactivating after cancellation
If you cancel and want to reactivate:- Log in to the admin panel
- Go to Billing
- Click Reactivate Subscription
- Choose your plan
- Enter payment details
